What type of payment do you accept?
You can pay with cash, venmo (@rubysbeautycharm), or any credit/debit cards through square.
Where are you located?
I am a home base studio located on Hilton Head Glen, Escondido, CA 92026.
Can I bring someone with me to my appointment?
Unfortunately no. In our "Guest and Children Attendance Policy" no one else is allowed in the lash room. If you bring someone, they will have to wait in the car or we will have to reschedule. If you choose to reschedule you will have to pay a new deposit fee.
How do I prepare for my appointment?
-Please come with a clean face. (No make-up or creams arround the eyes)
-Please Avoid caffeine a few hours prior to appointment.
What is your refund policy?
All sales are final. This includes lash extensions and product. However if you are not completely satisfied with your service, contact me within 48 hours and I will accommodate you as much as possible.
Cancellation, Late, and No-show Policy
If you need to cancel or reschedule your reservation with us for any reason (including events beyond your control), you must notify us as soon as possible and in any event at least 48 hours prior to your scheduled reservation time. If you cancel the reservation less than 48 hours before your scheduled appointment time, you will be charged the deposit fee depending on the service(s) you had scheduled. If you fail to show up for your reservation and fail to cancel the reservation by calling or texting us prior to your scheduled reservation time, you will be charged the deposit fee depending on the service(s) you had scheduled. If you are more than 10 minutes late you will be charged a late fee. If you are more than 15 minutes late you will be considered a no-show and will be charged. I apologize in advance for any inconvenience this presents, but i cannot allow any exceptions.
